Corrugated Plastic Yard Signs

We stock a standard sheet size of 48” x 96” as well as the industry standard 18” x 24” pre-cut blanks. For slightly larger projects, we have the ability to print on 60” x 120”. Corrugated plastic comes in a variety of colors. We typically stock white and yellow material. All other color must be special ordered and can extend the production time by 5-10 days based on our supplier's inventory. All corrugated plastic signs are printed with a 1/2” white border on all sides. We do offer full bleed printing for an additional cost if necessary.

4mm corrugated plastic. Our basic, everyday sign solution or low cost advertising. This product is slightly transparent under direct sunlight which has been known to cause slight visibility issues for double sided printing. Although this can be a concern for customers, this is the industry standard. For those concerned about optimal visibility, we offer an opaque option for an additional fee.

When your customer needs to stand out from the crowd, We have a variety of thicknesses to fit their needs including 6mm and 8mm. We also offer a premium option, opaque coroplast is a higher quality product that blocks light from passing through. This is a perfect solution for double sided direct printing when quality is paramount.

Our full color option produces great results. The matte UV-cured ink finish matches that of the material, making for a great finished product at an affordable price. We also offer this option for small, cost effective 1 and 2 color orders that don't meet our minimums for screen printing.

Finishing Options

For most orders, just a basic direct print will get the job done. When that is not the case, we offer a variety of finishing options. Simple rounded corners can make all the difference. They give a your finished product a clean, polished look for only a small fee. If your customer needs to hang the finished piece, we can punch holes or grommet the signs for a reinforced hanging solution. Polystyrene can also be shape cut. If you can imagine it, it can be shape cut. We use a precision digital CNC Router to do this. Cut files should be in vector format. See the Artwork Requirements link below for more information.
