Do you offer terms or credit?
We do not offer terms to any of our customers.
We accept the following payments:
All Major Credit Cards over the phone, Check & Money Order by mail & Paypal online.
Can I pay once my order ships?
No. All orders must be payed, in full, before the production process begins.
Do you store Credit Card information?
In an effort to expedite your order. We offer the ability to store your credit card information securely for easy ordering. Once you receive an invoice via email, simply reply with your approval and we can will charge your card on file and move the order into production.
Do you charge tax on wholesale order?
To avoid charging you sales tax for items you are reselling in the State of Florida, we require your tax resale certificate. This can be emailed or faxed to 813-238-2187. Items shipped to you out of the State of Florida do not require a resale certificate to avoid Florida Sales Tax.
What are my shipping options?
We ship via UPS and freight companies. We will work with you on the best, most economical method that will get you your signage products on time. Any item that is shipped via freight requires acknowledgement of our freight damage policies. We will send a separate email with the policies, the gist of which is mark all damage issues on the drivers freight paperwork at the time of delivery. UPS does not guarantee delivery dates on ground shipments, but does guarantee premium next day, 2 day, and 3 day select delivery dates.
Do you offer Blind Shipping and Fulfillment Services?
We blind ship daily at no additional charge. Fulfillment services are available, and will be quoted on a job by job basis. Multi-location, multi-parts, custom multi-location shipping is in our skill set. If you provide Microsoft Excel files with all relevant facts, you save money.
What are your Turn Around Times?
Speed is important to you, and to us, too. We strive to turn around jobs within 24 hours when the total square footage allows. At the time of placing the order or getting a quote, based upon immediate receipt of print ready art, we can quote you a completion time that is accurate. Laminated, weeded decals that are individually cut can take 2-3 days, more if the square footage exceeds 1,000.
How can I place an order?
An order can be placed via email ggstradeprint@gmail.com. We accept email attachments up to 25 megabytes. Larger files can be uploaded through our hightail link. In the body of the email, let us know material, size, quantity, and color details. Screen printing requires color information, and if the art requires a PMS match. In hand date is useful. For corrugated plastic, if you desire stakes, and the size you desire, is necessary. If these will be shipped, any pertinent information should be added.

By default, we do not provide proofs for wholesale orders. If requested, we can provide a proof for each file at a cost of $5.00 per proof.

I can't find pricing for what I need, can I get a custom quote?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom orders. You can send us an email with all of your specs and we will promptly respond with a price or with any additional questions.
What color mode should my files be?
You should always start and finish your designs in CMYK color mode.
What is rich black and how can I get it?
Rich black is a mixture of all CMYK colors. 100% black alone will not result in a rich black. Please use the following color values in your document to achieve rich black: C-40 M-40 Y-40 K-100.
What resolution should my files be?
For optimum output, 300 dpi is recommended for most files. Exceptions for this rule include Perforated window film and Banners. Although 300 dpi is preferred, we will accept 150 dpi for most large format prints. We will place any orders on hold if the supplied artwork is deemed unacceptable by our pre-press department.
How do I supply artwork for a custom shape cut sign/decal?
Artwork for a custom shape cut sign/decal should be saved as either a layered .pdf, .eps or .ai. The desired cut shape should be placed on its own layer, independent from the artwork.
How should I set up my bleed?
When the image or color extends to the edge, it is necessary to include bleed. Please keep all text at least 0.125” inside the finished edge or cut-line.
How can I make sure my blues do not come out purple?
Depending on your CMYK color build, some blues can come out purple. As a rule of thumb, make sure to leave at least a 30% difference in your Cyan and Magenta values. For example: C-100 M-70 Y-0 K-0

At GGS Wholesale, we strive to provide high quality products with fast turnaround time. Most orders of small quantities ship in 1-3 business days. Larger orders are custom quoted and production times are based purely on our current work load. Need your order in a rush? UPS Shipping Time Estimates
We ship all of our products from our facility located in Tampa, FL. This UPS Shipping Map gives you an idea of estimated ship duration from our facilities. This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times.
Freight Shipping Available
For large signs and large orders, we recommend shipping via Freight. This typically results in significantly lower shipping costs. A commercial address is preferred for all freight shipments, otherwise a substantial charge must be added for residential addresses. All freight trucks have a power lift gate for fast, easy offloading.
